This year Crow-Een will be judged by four judges. In the event of a tie a fifth judge has been selected. In order to be fair we have selected two male judges and two female judges that are associated with a few crow websites.

Halley a moderator of The Tides of Sin Discussion Board. Halley previously entered the contest in 2001 and 2002.
